How to find the IMEI on a Samsung phone

Method 1: Quick code *#06#

1. Open the Phone (Dialer) app.
2. Dial *#06# — the code activates automatically, no need to press call.
3. Your IMEI appears on screen immediately. Dual SIM phones show IMEI 1 and IMEI 2.

Method 2: From Settings

1. Open Settings.
2. Go to About phone.
3. Tap Status information or IMEI information.
4. You'll find IMEI 1 (and IMEI 2 for dual SIM models).

Method 3: SIM tray or back

On some older Samsung models, the IMEI is printed on the SIM tray (eject it with the pin) or on a label under the removable battery.

Method 4: Original box

The serial number and IMEI are printed on the barcode label on the original box.
